my brother-in-law and sister-in-law hosted their son’s 1st bday at Bravo Italian Cucina. before i talk about the food, there were like a bunch of cute kids there and it was crazy. i love kids so i was like in heaven…until of course they start crying, and then i’m over it. luckily for me, the bday boy wasn’t a cryer. he was actually quite serious, like he knew this was a very important day for him…which it was…
anyway, so here are my thoughts regarding the food.
for appetizers, we ate:
Calamari Fritti which was served with creamy horseradish sauce and marinara and Artichoke & Spinach Formaggio which was served warm with Parmesan flatbread. They were both pretty good.

house salad
We had two types of salads, the chopped salad which consisted of Chopped greens, cucumber, red onion, tomato, olives, Feta cheese and traditional Italian dressing. We also had the house salad which had bacon on it which i obviously liked cause i do love bacon.
entrees consisted of Pasta BRAVO! which is their signature dish-rigatoni tossed with grilled chicken and mushrooms in roasted red pepper cream sauce, Penne Mediterranean which had spinach, sun dried tomatoes, pine nuts, olive oil and Feta cheese, tossed with BARILLA PLUS multi grain pasta, and Grilled Salmon with pan roasted green beans, crispy potatoes, lemon caper butter sauce and basil-pine nut pesto crumbs.

pesto encrusted salmon. it was really good.
i was a huge fan of the rigatoni and salmon.

i hearted this. xoox.
overall, the food was pretty good and i was happy with my meal and it was definitely a great place to host small parties and yes, i still like babies. xoxo.
